  Reservamos una habitación para cuatro personas. Al llegar nos dicen que tenemos que dormir en habitaciones separadas y gente desconocida. Nos negamos y finalmente conseguimos que saquen a gente de una habitación y la reubiquen. Esperamos mas de media hora a que hagan la habitación y nos la den. El armario de dos puertas únicamente se podía habría una de ellas.

  Además al reservar indicaba que había toallas y secador de pelo. Pedimos las toallas y nos dicen que solo tienen una, y la que nos dan era viejísima, estaba descolorida. El secador brillo por su ausencia. Menos mal que solo nos quedamos una noche!

  Perfect small hostel for a surfing vacation. You let the key of your room at the reception and go to the beach barefoot with your board in 3 min. It is extremely convenient.

  Un bonito lugar, agradable y con un staff siempre dispuesto a ayudar ;a pocos metros de la playa de la zurriola y a 5 minutos de la parte vieja de la ciudad, sin lugar a duda volveré a hospedarme aquí cuando regrese!

  Try to avoid this hostel. We've stayed there for a weekend and payed everything at the moment of arrival but then they have charged our card for the same amount after we have already left the hostel. We couldn't reach them on the phone, in their email they only said they will check the situation and no more answer from them, and when finally Hostelworld contacted them, they started to answer. The receptionist have found several excuses how we paid by card but we never did as he told as at the arrival that we can't and we must paid by cash: they haven't even given us the receipt. He even told the owner that he we were communicating and everything is solved, however he has never contacted us. Lies all the time, the owner don't solve out the problem with the receptionist but let us to speak to him ... When we have left the hostel, nobody was at the reception, even though we have waited for at least 10 min and the reception was opened normally. We were promised to get a refund but that had never happened. After 5 months, we still haven't got the money back and 130€ isn't a small amount. So, if you can, stay away!
