  Our original room was not available upon arrival due to an overbooked situation. The front desk agent immediately apologized, offered us a standard room for the night with the assurance our request would be ready in the morning. On top of that, complimentary breakfast and parking was granted! In this business, it's all about attention to detail and leaving great first impressions. Hotel NH COLLECTION, SAN Sebastian hit it out of the park today.

  I give it four stars because five of us were staying as a stop over for one night so it was booked quite last minute, and our price did not include breakfast. They wanted to charge us 25 Euros EACH for a very basic buffet breakfast. We decided this was madness so went across the road for breakfast and I think our total bill was 45 Euros not 125!!!

  Absolutely ok, but not very central. As in many places in Spain, the service could be friendlier and staff at reception could be speedier. We had to wait a lot for check-in / check-out. Otherwise clean and in perfect conditions

  Really impressed with this hotel. Brilliant location, just a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Very clean and modern and rooms to a high standard.

  The room was stunning ... bathrooms amazing...hair dryer super!
