  No es una pensión de verdad, es una señora que alquila habitaciones en su casa, con 7 camas por habitación y a 35€ la noche creo que es bastante caro.

  My husband I are were supposed to have a room reserved with Kati for the October holiday (13 and 14 October) for 20 euros a night. She attempted to call us to let us know that something (who knows) came up and she had to leave the city and we could stay with a friend of hers, Rosario.

  Rosario wasn't there when we left, so we called her to let her know we were leaving and would leave the payment on the table, thinking Kati had already arranged the price with Rosario for the same amount as the fact that Kati leaving town was hardly in our control.

  Nice lady but rude. Always worried about what the neighbors would say rather than taking care of her guests. It might be cheap but the 30€ euros a night are not worth it. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!! I should also mention that the wi-fi sucks. I had to go to bars to get better wi-fi. I will never and I mean never stay at her place again.

  La señora (encantadora) tiene montado en su casa un hostal, un poco random pero la verdad es que todo estaba perfecto. Habitaciones compartidas mixtas y muy bien situado, en mitad de la zona de más ambiente nocturno.

  We get back home and get a rude message on our machine about the payment being too low and that we should be ashamed. No, Kati, you should be ashamed for not discussing the payment in advance with neither the clients nor your supposed friend and having us assume that it would be the same payment. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone, EVER!!

  Kati no nos ha tratado mal pero, menos mal que después de hacer el «check in» nos pasamos otra vez por allí, pues había dado nuestras camas a un grupo de chicos que había llegado después, incidente que solucionó colocándonos en la otra habitación (solo hay dos habitaciones con camas). En definitiva está todo muy descontrolado, no se puede pagar con tarjeta, no hay consignas y las sábanas no huelen muy bien.

  Rosario showed us the room (in a titled building that you'd think was the Tower of Pisa) that we could stay. The place didn't have a hotel license, I think it's being run "under the table" aka not paying taxes.

  We reserved and triple room and Kati told us to call her the day before our arrival to San Sebastián to confirm it. When we phoned her, she had no room for us because she had forgotten the reserve. She sent us to another hostel which were near of kati, and this new were not a "hostel", it was a flat with her owner living there, and it was very dirty!!!
